CALGARY, ALTA. (Aug. 24, 2012) — Alpine Canada’s head office in Calgary, Alta., has moved and is now located at WinSport’s Canada Olympic Park, the main event venue for the 1988 Winter Games.
“We’ve been excited about this move for some time and are thrilled to be in our new offices,” said Max Gartner, president of Alpine Canada. “Moving our headquarters to WinSport’s COP places our staff closer to the facilities where our athletes train and allows Alpine Canada to build relationships with other national sport organizations, including Hockey Canada, whose offices are also located here.
“Being surrounded by world-class athletes, and with facilities like Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame in our backyard, we will have plenty to inspire us as we strive for excellence in the years to come.”
Canadian Pacific, one of the national ski organization’s corporate partners, covered the cost of the move from Alpine Canada’s former office at 9th Avenue S.W. and is also sponsoring the new office space.
Alpine Canada’s new address is:
Suite 302, 151 Canada Olympic Road S.W.
